wall's
+++In March 1965, Wall's commenced operations in Malaysia with its factory and office site at the Lever Brothers factory ground in Jalan Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur. Year 2006 is the 41st year of continued presence in Malaysia, delighting the Malaysian consumers.
The first operation was set up as a branch of the Singapore company called Wall's Fitzpatrick Sdn. Bhd. At that time, some of the products were Lucky Joe, Super Choc, Choclot, Top Ten and Cornetto to name a few.
+++14 years later, in 1979, the business and assets of Wall's Fitzpatrick Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia was sold to Lever Brothers ( Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. From that year onwards, Wall's Ice Cream was manufactured and sold by Lever Brothers Malaysia under the trading name of Wall's Ice Cream a division of Lever Brothers ( Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.
+++In 1982, Wall's Malaysia took a major step by being the first company to advertise Wall's Cornetto on television as well as embark on a billboard campaign. This was an important milestone and today Cornetto is a household name amongst Malaysians.
+++In 1987, Wall's again took another major step forward by being the first company to advertise a children's product on television. Our ever popular Paddle Pop ice cream has been a roaring success.
+++I n 1989, we also became the first company to launch a branded take home product called Gino Ginelli.
+++In 2003, Wall’s was the first to launch in Malaysia a packaging innovation of transparent tub with Wall’s Selection. Apart from the above, Wall’s has continuously strived to innovate for the Malaysian consumer.
+++This is possible because of the huge investment we put into product development and research, machinery, freezer cabinets and advertising. In addition to this, strong promotional support is also given.
+++Wall's Ice Cream has also participated in special Government sponsored programs.
+++Today Wall's is the leading ice cream brand in Malaysia .
